Yesterday we packed a small backpack with our camera and jackets and headed off to Oxford. The university town being only 1 hour on train from London is a perfect destination for a day trip. What I loved about the place is the history, the lovely buildings and finding those spots that C.S.Lewis alludes to in Alice in Wonderland, and where they shot parts of the Harry Potter films – ie. the Dining Hall in Christ Church college.
